First of all, the 7th House is the House of Marriage and Serious Partnerships. A 7th House Sun will be very oriented to being a partner. Most people want to be in a serious relationship, but some people W-A-N-T to be in a serious relationship. Since the Sun is the ego and the central identity of any native, one would be able to ascertain if he/she was the former or the latter.
The 8th House is the House of Depth. I call it that. It is the House of everything one cannot talk about at a cocktail party. If one mentions death, the room becomes quiet. If one mentions sex, the room becomes quiet. If one gets too emotionally passionate, the room gets quiet.
